In the first instance simply send this form to us so we can log your return and send you an email. It may take some time for us to respond so please allow up to 12 hours.
The 'Return Reason' letter to enter below should be one of the following:

- B - Bought too big a size (No need for additional info)
- C - Bought too small a size (No need for additional info)
- D - Don't like the colour (No need for additional info)
- E - Decided on a preferred alternative (No need for additional info)
- F - No reason (No need for additional information but it might be useful to us)
- G - Other Reason (Enter full details in message)
You can return using our Hermes return option (requires that you print off a label and drop off at a Parcel shop or use a parcel locker) or via any other trackable option. You can find your nearest drop off point via this link.
If you require a label from us this would be using Hermes. If you prefer to return via the post office you may do this, simply state this above and we will send you a A4 sheet to print off with an address label on. Print off twice, place one inside and attach one very securely when packaging your item for return. Ensure you use a trackable service. We do not make collections. Alternatively you can book a return and collection service via MyHermes yourself on the Hermes website. A £3 return fee is deducted from your refund. We do not charge for standard delivery on any order. Unlike other online retailers, we offer free UK delivery 365 days a year with no minimum spend and also offer free size exchanges so there is no need to buy 2 sizes to 'try' which is a costly exercise that we cannot carry. In all cases, we will not offer a free return where adjacent sizes were bought for this reason. In this case half the cost of the actual cost to send is not refunded. In all cases the cost of expedited delivery is never refunded and is not considered. Silk: It is important that you make the decision to keep or return at the point of delivery and looking at the item. For reasons of hygiene, silk cannot be tried or used and then returned. For this reason, silk returns must be registered via this form within 48 hours of receipt and received back to us within 7 days. in exactly the condition received by you. Important: For the reasons of hygiene scrunchies are not returnable for any reason.
Outlet Items: Because of the financial loss made on outlet items they may be exchanged for size only upon agreement within 7 days of receipt but are non-returnable for any other reason. The replacement size may not be the same colour but we will certainly connect with you in relation to this. The buyer pays the return and replacement shipping on this item. Where an outlet item is being bought and images are required in advance, this can be considered but is likely to take some time depending on other pressures such as time of day/weekend etc but we are happy to do this.
Refund: Once the item is returned and received by us we will inspect it and then clear the return for refund. We will keep you updated.
Return Policy Basics:
- All tags must remain intact so the item remains in resalable condition.
- We will not refund products with tags removed or in un-resalable condition
- We are not prepared to stand the cost of unreasonable returns.
- Additionally paid express postage costs are not refundable.
- No item is sent out damaged - all items are checked by 2 areas before despatch, therefore no obvious damage will be refunded. Because these are luxury items, all items are photographed at despatch for the need of possible concern.
- Late returns are not accepted and refunded for any reason.
- If an item is returned late and not refundable it will cost you another postage cost before this can be sent back to you. We reserve the right to alter / amend this policy in accordance with the info above at any time.
